Mr Monaghan was very fortunate to be welcomed by P2/3 for a morning of fun numeracy today with it being Maths Week. Pupils had a great time working with tangrams to create a festive Halloween cat using various tangram shapes such as triangles, squares and a strange looking shape called a parallelogram which pupils had fun trying to say. From the pictures below you can see how much enjoyment was had by all. Mr Monaghan was super impressed by all the P2/3 pupils.
