WOW! Our New School Crest !

One of the many areas of school life that our school council looked at recently was our school crest which needed revamped and modernised. Working along side Mr Monaghan, the pupils felt that while they liked our old one, there was definitely a need to bring it right up to date. Mr Monaghan contacted Trilogy Designs in Keady. They worked on the new design and from the samples provided the council selected the new crest. They selected this one because it gives a great deal of respect to Darkley Mill with the chimney and spinning wheel. The pupils appreciated the importance of our school's history in the wider community. The pupils also liked the book and cross because it clearly represented our Christian faith and education. The school council should feel very proud of their work and a lot of thanks to Eamonn at Trilogy Designs. Well done school council!
