Green Day
We had a wonderful assembly where we remembered our Patron Saint 'St Patrick'. We were well entertained by our talented musicians and singers who treated us to some Irish folk music and songs.
As always, we celebrated those pupils who has worked extremley hard this week. Congratulations to the girls & boys who recieved awards. A special congratulations to Jason in Primary 4 who recieved the Principal's Award from Mr Monaghan.
The colour green was celebrated in all its glory today. Not only to celebrate St Patrick but for us to remember the Ukrainian people at this time. We know that the Ukrainian flag colours, blue and yellow, can be mixed to make green and so we thought Green Day was the perfect opportunity to raise funds. Thank you to all our pupils and families for their kind donations which will make a huge difference to the Ukrainian people. Thank you to Jessica in Primary 6 and our school council for organising this fundraiser.
