The whole school gathered this morning with parents and families of our Primary 7 children to celebrate seven wonderful years in Darkley PS. Fr McKeever led us in our Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving as we draw near the end of another school year and say farewell to our primary seven class. Fr McKeever presented each P 7 child with a Record of Achievement containing a selection of work collected throughout their seven years. This was followed by our traditional balloon release ceremony to represent the end of one phase of education and the beginning of another. Another fantastic morning was enjoyed by all.
We wish our wonderful Primary 7 children good luck and best wishes in their post primary education and beyond. As Mr Monaghan said at our celebration we were truly blessed to have such wonderful children and role models with us for seven years. Onwards and upwards for each and every child! 😀
