There was great excitement this week when the boys and girls in P1 and P2 realised the four chrysalis had gone through the last stage of development and were now four beautiful Painted Lady butterflies. We have observed them closely and given them lots of oranges and flowers, which they have really enjoyed. When one of the children mentioned rain for Friday we decided to release the butterflies a day earlier than planned. The boys and girls are hoping the butterflies don't go too far away and make a return to visit us in the sensory garden.
